The Thematic Project “Evictions Observatory: Interdisciplinary Dimensions of Risk in Times of Climate Change and Houusing Crisis” at the University of São Paulo (USP) has five Postdoctoral Fellowship vacancies open in different departments of USP. Each of the vaas refers to a research and action front within the scope of this new project that inaugurates a new phase of the Evictions Observatory with the constitution of an interdisciplinary network of researchers from Brazil and the world.
The objective is to size and characterize the territories and groups threatened with eviction due to being at “risk”; as well as conceptually developing “risk” as a socioterritorial intervention device within the context of intersecting environmental and housing crises. The project is coordinated by Raquel Rolnik, will be hosted at LabCidade and the post-docs will be supervised by:
